East Building
Directions to the East Building (MRI)

4525 Scott Ave.
St. Louis, MO 63110

The MRI Scan will be conducted in the East Building at Washington University School of Medicine. You enter the building through the main door off of Scott Avenue and proceed into the MRI waiting room, which is through the glass doors just to the right of the entrance.

*DIRECTIONS: *
From Highway 40:
Take the North Kingshighway Blvd. exit
Continue North to Forest Park Ave.
Turn Right on Forest Park Ave. (going East)
Go two blocks to Taylor Avenue
Turn Right on Taylor Ave. (going South)
Follow Taylor Ave. for approximately three blocks
Go across the Metro-Link tracks
Shortly after the tracks, Scott Avenue will be on your Right

The first building on your right is the East Building – located at 4525 Scott Avenue.

However, the parking lot entrance is on McKinley, which is the next street after Scott – Turn right onto McKinley and you will see the parking lot entrance on your right.

*PARKING:*
The parking is directly across the street (on the left side) on Scott Ave. You have to enter the parking lot on McKinley and exit on Scott Ave.; ring a buzzer to alert the dispatcher that you are here for a MRI study and they will lift the gate for you. The parking spot you should use is located to the left of the entrance to the parking lot. It will be labeled “PET/MR patients of Dr. Raichle’s.”
